I own clothes that I don’t wear anymore because they don’t fit me well anymore or I don’t like how they look or they have small faults through wear and tear. I want to learn to sew enough that I can repurpose / upcycle / alter / repair these clothes.
I’d like to start without investing too much because I honestly don’t know if this is a hobby I can stick with so I’ve just bought a basic hand sewing kit. If I take to it then maybe I can look into getting a sewing machine some day.
