In a veggie garden, don’t use treated wood since its chemicals can leech into the food crops and soil. If you already have treated lumber in use, line it with some plastic and replace the soil near it.
While it’s harder to grow organically than chemically, the rewards are much better. Chemicals are extremely efficient, but the organic method is the best way to get healthy produce.
