In a nut shell, I used to write a journal for mental health reasons and feel that starting it again would be beneficial. However, I often find that re-reading my journals is upsetting more often than joyful. I can’t bring myself to throw them away or burn them, but I’m not sure keeping them around is such a good idea either. I have used a variety of pen types so I can’t necessarily wash away the ink from the page. Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can upcycle them to something more joyful?
